Managing civil, underground and telecommunication construction projects. Candidate must have experience in utility construction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
project performance, estimating, scheduling, quality and safety. Effective communication, time management and organization are required to work with construction management, our customer and project stakeholders. Major Job Elements (Project Management):
Ensure completion of project deliverables (schedule, estimate, construction plan) according to customer requirements. Accountable for project performance (scope, safety, quality, schedule, and cost). Act as the single point of contact between Henkels & McCoy and the customer regarding project activities. Manage project costs, including development of recovery plans to stay within budget limits. Prepare project status reports. Provide forecasts and cash flow for projects. Communicate project performance data to management and customers, as required. Assist in the development and provide updates for project schedules on multiple, simultaneous large projects Major Job Elements (Estimating):
Review contracts, proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of the estimate. Prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work. Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to a particular bid / project. Review all final estimate packages with operations personnel prior to formal quotation, to insure accuracy and completeness. Participate in bid strategy and presentation meetings as requested. Support Corporate and Region personnel in preparation of estimates. Provide technical support as necessary. Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures. Assist in developing and supporting the proposal response. Includes writing work plans, schedule development, other technical response. Manage RFP process for necessary suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. 5
years of experience managing projects and estimating in the construction industry. Utility construction experience is required. Leadership and superior communication skills are essential. Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
