This position is to work closely with our regional market managers to ensure a high level of customer service and would be directly involved in new restaurant projects, restaurant remodels and major restaurant equipment replacement.
Having received numerous awards as global supplier of the year, exceptional customer service is our hallmark.
Due to the nature of our business and the proximity of our customers some travel might be required.
Key
Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment.
Communicate with our customers, construction teams and sub-contractors on equipment requirements and installation.
Work closely with internal departments to deliver on time projects.
Ensure accuracy of project site drawings, scopes of work and equipment orders Essential Position Requirements:
Administration - Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
Maintain effective controls over areas of responsibility.
Job Knowledge and Technical Application - Ability to understand and interpret technical information.
Prior restaurant operations knowledge or project management background would be helpful.
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
Planning - Develops realistic plans that meet company goals and future needs.
Exhibits foresight in recognizing potential problems and develops solutions.
Judgement and Decision Making - Gathers and considers all relevant information prior to making key decisions or offering recommendations.
Communication - Strong communication skills are a must.
Significant positive interaction with both internal and external customers is essential.
Organizational Relationships - Executes direction and plans from superiors.
Keeps managers informed and submits required reports in a timely manner.
Works effectively with management, those they are training, peers and working groups.
