Our Mission Provide the best coatings, technical support, and customer service in the Resinous Floor Coating Industry! The Job This position will be responsible for the overall management of the office, human resources, and facilities management.
The Office Manager provides administrative support to the CEO and all department heads.
This person also provides support to other departments, included but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Meetings & Events, Accounting, and Sales, as needed.
Duties Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Manage payroll and employee timekeeping Assist with event planning and coordination Maintain and update office policies and procedures Help manage customer calls and schedule estimates and jobs Liaison with our property management company Ensure efficient operation of office systems, such as phone lines and computer networks Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a related field Bachelor's degree Strong technical skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in payroll processing and record keeping Excellent calendar management skills Knowledge of front desk operations, including managing phone calls and greeting visitors Familiarity with human resources processes, such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization Strong leadership and team management skills Strong customer service skills Our work environment includes:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
