24 a year Frazier is seeking qualified candidates for a Sales Coordinator position in our Aurora, IL or Southlake, TX office.
The individual in this role must possess the ability to work independently as a member of the sales support group to facilitate the day-to-day administrative activities for the sales team.
SALES COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with sales team to effectively support the sales, order, and delivery processes.
Support the sales team with data management of CRM and administrative requirements.
Ensure order entry and customer communications are performed with utmost accuracy and attention to detail; verifies customer billing information, matches customer purchase authorizations or purchase orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing.
Provide support to the sales team with rapid response to requests for information, assistance and other inquiries pertaining to orders, time frames and customer service.
Coordinate day-to-day activities for order fulfillment and logistics with various internal departments and customers; clearly communicate all details pertaining to orders, changes, exceptions.
Communicate changes in scheduling to appropriate parties both internally and externally.
Follow order/delivery process throughout to verify accurate completion of all related tasks and complete customer satisfaction.
Assist in providing reports on sales and order activity along with forecasting as well as data management.
Work with accounting team members on receivables and billing to resolve issues as they arise to ensure timely payment and complete customer satisfaction.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of general office business practices, preferably in a sales environment and Material Handling Company Environment.
Knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Salesforce, applications as well as web applications as needed.
Ability to prioritize workload and maintain flexibility while working as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and remain focused while working in a fast-paced environment.
Assist and work with vendors and Estimators in the proposal process.
Ability and aptitude to learn company systems and applications relating to work tasks (specific systems training will be provided) Exceptional Organizational Skills; Extreme attention to detail Strong business verbal and written communication skills Exceptional Phone, Computer and Customer Service Skills Some work after standard business hours may be required as business and deadlines demand.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, preferred.
An applicable combination of education and experience may be acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience working in a professional administrative environment within the Material Handling Industry.
Sales coordination background experience highly desirable Confident computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel CRM software experience preferred.
