Receptionist responsibilities include phone correspondence with clients in varying ways, processing client transactions, maintaining records and assisting in the appointment flow.
As a doctor assistant you are responsible transcribing notes into patient record.
This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and Saturdays.
Previous veterinary/medical reception experience preferred.
