) an Aurora based manufacturer of material handling and office storage equipment has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician.
Job Description:
Requires a considerable degree of skill, ability, knowledge, and experience in electrical controls and motor starters for press room operations, including in depth knowledge of the HIC machine, the roll former, press brakes, shelf line and paint system.
Knowledge of new, high tech PLC controls is desirable.
Ability to maintain and repair heavy press operations is necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related field Must be able to read, write and interpret shop drawing and schematics.
Must be able to use test equipment and have knowlege of electrical controls.
Must have knowledge of all press room machinery operations including HIC, roll former, press brakes , shelf line and paint system.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair Deadline and detail oriented Ability to handle physical workload
