We are looking for a self-starter who can wear multiple hats.
About the job Main responsibility of this job is to reply client requests and to manage daily work flow of our warehouse.
The successful candidate will be assisting day-to-day operations, answering questions from both retail and wholesale customers.
Job responsibilities including but not limited to:
handling requests from client portals, answering phone calls, replying emails, exporting and importing purchase orders and inventory files, filing damage claims with carrier, coordinating with warehouse staff.
The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills with Office Suite, as majority of the daily routines are done online.
This job also requires strong attention to details, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and eager to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from clients' portals.
Reply emails in a timely manner.
Answer phone calls professionally.
Export and import purchase orders.
Export and import daily inventory files.
Enter parts orders and return orders in our proprietary system.
Create packing lists for warehouse.
Label outbound shipping boxes.
File damage claim with shipping carriers.
Manage return shipping documents.
Perform tasks within time limits and prioritize properly.
Other tasks assigned.
