5 Years Minimum Managing Experience
15 Years Minimum Manufacturing Experience; Medical Industry a Plus
Second And Third Shift Positions Available
Expert Knowledge With Measuring Equipment:
Micrometers, Height Gages, Dial Indicators, Comparators, Hard Gaging.
Familiarity With Quality Control Systems & Lean Manufacturing
Expert Print Reading Knowledge; GD&T a Plus
CNC Machining Knowledge; Milling, Turning, EDM
Experience Running Tight Tolerance Production; .0005 or Tighter
Capable Of Meeting Deadlines
Detail Oriented
Must Be Able To Maintain Accurate Quality Data
Must Possess Great Communication Skills
Must Possess Great Organizational Skills
Must Be Able To Train & Motivate Employees
Must Have Excellent Work Ethic
