Fabrication & Welding Operations Manager
1st Shift Position 8-5 Monday - Friday (occasional hours on the weekend, but not often)
Responsible for the day to day operations of a mid-sized company's' welding and fabrication manufacturing operations for two shifts. (12-5 people on 1st shift, 5-6 people on 2nd shift). Team oriented, stable, family feel company. Genuinely nice owner.
Seeking: Someone with a background in running a fabrication shop is ideal. Welding experience is preferred. Experienced in using EPICOR would be a plus
Requirements:
3 years' experience as an Assistant Fabrication Operations Manager or a Fabrication Operations Manager with 1-4 years' experience.
Welding experience
Preferred:
Bi-lingual Skills are a plus but not required.
Epicor or other ERP experience preferred
